Freezing high temperature has wrapped up Europe in the last week, with the mercury getting as down as 35 degrees Celsius lower than zero. After what had been a moderately soft coldness, the unexpected wintry jammed many unprepared. Eastern Europe is badly hit, with over 100 peoples deaths in Ukraine, and with over 11,000 people whose living in remote town cut off by snow in Serbia. Most of the dead record have been homeless people found frozen to loss life outside, and emergency tents with hot food have been set up to help out them in numerous affect countries. Russia and Poland are assembling help for the homeless. Journey in Romania has been chaos as a snowstorm hampered hard work to clear both rails and roads. Record temperatures in Italy were the lowest in 27 years.
